As an ex tutor of floristry and flower arranging with many years experience at Halesowen College, she decided to retire. This was some 30 years ago. Since them she has worked freelance for herself, both in fresh and silk flowers, in all aspects of the floristry trade i.e. funerals, weddings and all types of gift work, but she felt there was an opening in crafts fairs for the silk range of flowers that are now so realistic. A full range of designs from small to large can be accomplished in any colour to suit her customers. On the days when she is with Craft in Action she tries to carry a fairly full range of silk flowers but as the larger arrangements can be rather bulky and could easily get damaged in transit she is more than happy to discuss the customers requirements and will try her utmost to help. Ros will undertake wedding commissions, in silk, covering the wedding party flowers, church and wedding venues.
